This is so disturbing. A fish swims up a guy’s dick while he was taking a leak in the Amazon. To add insult to injury, the fish is a parasitic fish that has this hook-like things that latch on to its prey. Prey in this case comes in the form of a man’s genitalia. Sick!!!!!!!
