The FCC should stand for First Comes Conformity. They are pesky little buggers who seem to master the game of monopoly while handicapped at diversity. So as a nice homage to the FCC, Monty Python hero, Eric Idle wrote this lovely little ditty for them. This video on Grouper is an animation that goes along with the Eric Idle song. Enjoy it players.
